K-3 STARTS NEXT WEEK!
After a wonderful orientation week, our kindergarten through third graders will begin in-person next week. Orientations will continue for 4th-12th grade students. Please check your school’s website for schedule details and safety information. You may also review our in-person learning FAQs and safety standards at www.medford.k12.or.us/covid. This Monday, February 22nd the Tornado Future Center at North Medford High School is having a Career and College Resource Night for Juniors. Tune in on zoom (link here) at 7:00pm to learn what you can be doing NOW to make your senior year easier. Questions? Reach out to the Tornado Future Center.
PANTHER FUTURE CENTER SCHOLARSHIP HELP
The Panther Future Center at South Medford High School is helping students find valuable scholarship money for college, complete applications and more! This month they held a Zoom Scholarship Workshop. If you missed it, reach out to the Future Center to set up your own appointment and they will be happy to assist you!
DISASTER RECOVERY PROGRAM
Lines for Life is offering help to the Medford community with a program called COVID-19 and Oregon Wildfire Outreach. They are looking to help people who need resources during this pandemic or because of the devastating fires that hit our area last summer. The program is funded through FEMA and the State of Oregon. Este lunes 22 de febrero, el Centro para el Futuro de los Tornados de la Preparatoria North tendrá una Noche de Recursos Universitarios y Profesionales para los Juniors (estudiantes de tercer año de preparatoria). El Centro para el Futuro de las Panteras en la Preparatoria South está ayudando a los estudiantes a encontrar dinero valioso de becas para la universidad, ¡completa las solicitudes y más!
