LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — As the school year gets closer, districts in Arkansas are making decisions on whether masks will be optional or required for students and staff.
These decisions come days after a Pulaski County Circuit Court judge blocked a new state law that bans local and state mask mandates.
