Yesterday, we held a remarkable session at the Los Angeles Convention Center for Franchise Expo West, focusing on how women are reshaping the franchise industry landscape. ⭐️ The session covered franchising basics, why women thrive in it, teamwork's importance, community building, tips for women entering franchising, and how franchising fosters work-life balance. 🎤 Huge shoutout to Lisa Mlinar Merry of Junk King Franchise Systems for her stellar moderation and for representing the Women's Franchise Committee, and our amazing panelists, Kimberly Douglas, COO of Sticky Fingers Cooking, Joanne Hoyer (CFE), CDO of SMB Franchise Advisors, and Angela Floyd, Director of Training & Development at French Florist. Some of our panelists are active members of their local Women's Franchise Networks - WFN Philadelphia & WFN Denver. 🤝 We are grateful to MFV Expositions and Martin Joksimovic for hosting such impactful events and integrating this session which empowers women.
