Paul Christodoulou

I am a Product person first and foremost and have functioned in Product Owner, Product Manager or a hybrid of the two. I have had the pleasure of working with smaller companies such as Bindle Systems where I worked with backend and front end teams to deliver a first-class user experience to larger companies such as JetBlue where I did everything from delivering mobile, web and kiosk applications to helping to overhaul their ariport customer experience.

I believe in getting my hands dirty in all aspects of the projects that I work on and that this only helps empower others to do the same.

I am CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) and PMP (Project Management Professional) certified. 

Outside of work I enjoy pop culture (movies, music, television), baseball and am a proud parent of a 11 year old boy.

Product Owner with JetBlue's Digital transformation of web and mobile products. This included relaunching JetBlue's booking site, check-in applications and backend systems on completely new infrastructures. 

Product Lead on JetBlue's T5 Lobby Redesign (self bag tagging and lobby improvements). This involved not only designing applications built to improve the traveler experience when flying JetBlue, but also realizing cost efficiencies and benefits by redesigning airport lobbies to better handle significant traveler volume throughout the day.
